Law Firm Marketing and COVID-19 | The 4Cs - Contactless

The 4C's of COVID marketing are Community, Cleanliness, Contactless and Compassion. Each as important as the other. Yet, the 'contactless' has quickly become one of my favourite... and that is not because of the 2m rule and that I like my personal space (I do, but..) as I was always under the impression that the QR codes were meant for something bigger and so it seems - their time has finally come!


What a joy it is to scan and get the information! I remember, I had a colleague once (Amy, I'm talking about you) who said she managed to nail a job once just because she had a QR code CV and that was some years ago already, when most were not quite ready yet... And in this year, it's become wildly mainstream!

Don't tell anyone yet, but as Hexagon returns, we will be introducing this new way of networking in person - not a business card in sight, but QR coded everything! We are making our way to move over to digital business cards. How cool is that! Just tap and you have all the important contact details of a person on your phone! But as we do at Penn Group - we are fully cloud based, but we keep paper copies of everything. Same will apply to this - as much as everything will be managed by a tap, we will keep a couple of spares should the technology fail us. Just to be sure.


Oh, and we have freshly updated our Reputation Management processes at Penn Chambers and how we manage the feedbacks, and QR codes are added to the mix. Now, the satisfaction survey is now online and QR codes take people directly to where we would like to keep the testimonials for years to come.
