Law Firm Marketing and COVID-19 | The 4Cs - Compassion

The 4Cs in COVID marketing and comms are what every marketer now has to consider and think about each piece of content created and communications sent out. There is no way around it.

Penn Chambers Solicitors are highly specialist in Family Law and Wills & Probate. Neither of these is a particularly fun field, but quite the opposite.

Divorce is always stressful and at Penn Chambers, we get to deal with very complex high-net-worth cases, where is a lot at stake. The bottom line is, it is always stressful. It may be a straightforward simple divorce, separation or a breakdown of a marriage that has lasted for decades. Sadly, often there are children in the middle of it. Very often there are assets to be divided across countries, bonds and shares and real estate...Whatever the details, it is always stressful. It is always the end of a relationship with someone you once thought you'd spend the rest of your life with. Compassion and tact are the backdrops and the "silent partner" for each strategic move.

Same goes for Wills - it's not on top of any 'fun things to do' list for anyone... and more so in probate cases.

In Probate, sympathy and good bedside manners are a must, there are no shortcuts there.

More so in 2020 as there is more fear and people process it differently.

The effects of COVID-19 will be felt for months to come, perhaps even years... Brands need to consider the 4Cs in future marketing & PR efforts.
